Clients engaging in our services agree to the specific terms and conditions outlined in individual contracts or agreements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided as part of our services, are owned by Reno Connect and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables provided by Reno Connect solely for their own business purposes. Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized modifications of our materials are strictly prohibited.

By submitting content, including testimonials, case studies, or other materials related to your experience with Reno Connect, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this content for marketing and educational purposes.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Billing & Fees

Payment for services must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule in the service agreement.

Monthly services require payment upfront before work commences.

Additional fees may apply for requested modifications outside the agreed scope of work.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

If a client wishes to terminate ongoing services, cancellation must be requested in writing with at least 30 days' notice, outside the agreed minimum term.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of advertising campaigns and marketing services, clients agree to:

Provide all necessary assets (logos, branding materials, ad creatives, etc.) in a timely manner.

Maintain an active ad budget as agreed upon in the campaign strategy.

Allow Reno Connect access to necessary advertising platforms, CRM tools, and analytics for proper campaign execution.

Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or suboptimal results, for which Reno Connect is not liable.

Performance & Guarantee

Reno Connect offers certain guarantees on specific offers; however, all conditions outlined in the service agreement for that client must be met in full for any guarantee to apply.

Due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue increases, unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice, provided that the termination occurs outside the minimum term agreed upon
in the service contract. Upon termination:

Any outstanding payments must be settled.

Reno Connect will provide a final report detailing work completed up to the termination date.

Clients must remove any references to Reno Connect from their active marketing campaigns unless otherwise agreed upon.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Reno Connect provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns. Clients acknowledge that advertising performance is influenced by external factors beyond our control.

Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Reno Connect harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Misuse of advertising accounts or platforms.

Failure to comply with applicable advertising guidelines or regulations.

Any third-party claims related to the content or nature of advertisements.

Under no circumstances shall Reno Connect be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in New South Wales, Australia.
